Tina joined Aho Consulting in 1997 after 22 years of credit union management, serving in the capacity of CEO. Since joining Aho Consulting, Tina has been instrumental in helping credit unions develop and implement human resource programs to support their strategic direction. These programs include Staff Training and Testing as well as Staff Development (Core Competencies).
Tina has also been instrumental in developing credit union specific software products offered by Aho Consulting. These software programs assist credit union management in their strategic planning process (Insight Planning Software) and support analysis of merger opportunities (CU-Consolidate Software).Jim
