During the course of the engagement, we will also develop a testing program for your staff, utilizing the latest educational technology. Using the specific information contained in your new training manual, a database of tests and questions are created. The database is created using CQuest Assessment Software, provided by Cogent Computing Corporation.

These tests are a wonderful resource for credit union management that is working to:

•	Develop a system of competency based pay
•	Ensure that new staffers are absorbing product information
•	Ensure that existing employees are staying on track.
